It's QS electric In-Wheel Scooter Spoke Hub Motor for Conversion Kits, which power range from 500w to 3000w rated, drop-outs 200mm with scooter disc brake.

Especially suit for electric bicycle/scooter, max. speed for 60km/h to 100km/h.
