This replacement hood release latch is a repair for the OEM plastic latch which will crack and break off the end of the cable.

It can be installed in 5 to 10 minutes.

This item is NOT for the entire cable, just for the replacement latch handle that fits on the end of the cable.

Fits for Honda Civic 1996 - 2011, Honda CR-V 1997 - 2006, Honda Element 2003 - 2011, and Honda Ridgeline 2006 to 2014.

Aluminum handle, 2 set screws, allen hex key.
