Installation and use instructions:

1. Install the hooks, fixed plates or steel tubes on the ceiling first. The distance between the two hooks is preferably 50 cm to 80 cm. Mounting hooks, etc., need to be perforated in the ceiling, and the suspended ceiling is not suitable for installation. (Installation must be on a fixed object that can bear weight)

2. If the ceiling is high, you need to add an extension belt. The extension belt is available for sale. You can purchase it extra. The length of anti-gravity yoga is 1.4 meters to 1.5 meters, so the ceiling height can be used.

3. Hook the mountaineering hooks at both ends of the anti-gravity yoga to the end of the extension belt.

Precautions:

Please strictly follow the following points during the use process.

1. The support point of the hanging yoga hammock must be firm, and the hanging height head should be suspended from the ground no more than 15CM to prevent accidental fall and injury.

2. Please check if the yoga hammock hanging hook is loose and the belt is excessively worn before use.

3. Avoid carrying buttons or sharp objects that are damaged with a yoga hammock.

4. The fabric of this product is not fireproof, please keep away from fire.

5. Pay attention to the clean and flat ground around the yoga hammock, avoiding the location where there are sharp objects such as gravel and branches.
