Shimano released a new short cable named "OT-RS900", which is only 240mm length,installed on the position as shown in the photo below. OT-RS900 has a "helix structure" which is very similar desgin as brake cable.The new design is trying to solve the problem where the cable has a bigger bending radius and improving the shift performance~~~~~!!!
