Advantages
4 units enhanced automatic pulse blowback single-stage powder recovery system
Characteristic:
Sufficient air volume and high effectiveness of powder recovery
Separate structural fan connected with other parts by soft tubes to prevent the resonance and reduce the noise, improving working condition.
High-quality filter, guarantee high filter efficiency.
Large aperture solenoid valve is used to provide pause cleaning air, keeping the breathability of filter's long continuous work.
Filter can be changed quickly, to shorten color-change time.
Composition:
(1)Fan: 1 set, used to provide recovering air.
(2)Filter: Quantity of filter depends on the quantity of units in recovery system, used to filter powder.
(3)Solenoid valve: Quantity of filter depends on the quantity of units in recovery system, used to provide pause cleaning air.
(4)Automatic pulse program-controlled apparatus: 1 set, with automatic remember, digital display
(5) Fan holder: 1 set, used to hold the Fan, prevent resonance of system. It can be adjusted in 4 directions.
