This is a set of sixteen stainless steel studs (with an allen drive for easy installation) and stainless steel serrated face flange nuts. They will replace the factory hardware that rust and break on Ford 4.6liter and 5.4liter engines. These engines are notorious for needing the exhaust manifolds and hardware replaced. Why use steel hardware that is just going to rust again? We used this hardware to replace the passenger side manifold on our own plow truck, and when we had to replace the driver side manifold a few months later, we realized we should offer them as a kit. Since then we have seen them used on applications ranging from our F250 to a 9 second, turbocharged Mustang Cobra.
