Before you place the order, please read the following carefully:

1. Customs & import taxes Orders may need to clear customs in your country. Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges. Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery. Suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. 2. The fans are made in China.  All pictures are took by the shopkeeper, the pictures may look different because of difference of monitor of computer, please understand. We'll also try our best to show the actual color surely.

3. When you receive your parcel, please check the quality (if the package broken?) and quantity (any lack?) of your products, in that case, please refuse and contact us in time. We will deal with it as soon as possible. If you have to sign for some courier companies, please check your goods to courier face, if broken or lack, please ask courier for a certification with stamp/signature or courier's Staff NO. Also please contact me in time.

4. We'll be responsible and positive to solve problems, but don't accept any negative feedback before you contact us.

5.Please confirm the payment once you receive the goods and give us suitable appraise, thank you very much.

6.About delivery time, the default time is 7 days after you pay, normally it will be sooner. For shipping time, it depends on which method you prefer, Post normally will be longer than Express way. Only when the total weight is higher than 2 kgs, we’ll use Express. So if you need the products urgently please ask for adjusting shipping method, we can discuss about the extra cost as well.

Products with personalized printing text for example:

1. Shipping method: we send the goods by post (EMS) if weight is less than 2kg, and express (DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT--Seller will choose for you) otherwise.  So if you need the good urgently and the weight is less than 2kg, please tell us in advance, we are glad to check the additional cost for you which you need to pay.

2. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fes, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
