Manual:

1.  loose the screw on the rack  with screw driver.

2. hold the wheels and pull out of it.

3. put the shoe on it.

4. hold the wheels and push it back to hold the shoe tightly.

5. when  the width is adjusted, put the shoe down, and screw it tightly.

6. put your foot on the roller and fasten it  to make sure your foor is fixed on the roller.
