How to make 3D gracilaria jelly:

STEP 1: Making transparent base

• What you need: 1 liter of water, 160gr sugar, 10gr Konnyaku jelly powder. You can buy Konnyaku jelly powder from my eBay store here.
• Mix Konnyaku jelly powder and sugar.
• Pour it into the water, stir well.
• Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely.
• Take out bubbles while cooking.
• Pour the hot jelly into base mound and let it set firmly.
• Leave a little bit of hot jelly for Step 4 and keep it in a bain-marie.

STEP 2: Making colored jelly for flowers/leaves

• What you need: 300 ml water, 80gr sugar, 5g Konnyaku jelly powder,200ml milk, food color.
• Mix Konnyaku jelly powder and sugar.
• Pour it into the water, stir well.
• Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely.
• Take out bubbles while cooking.
• Add heated milk continue cooking until the liquid boils.
• Pour the hot jelly into different cups and add food colors.
• Keep the colored jelly in the bain-marie before putting it in syringes or bottles with special needles.

STEP 3: Making flowers/leaves

• What you need: Jelly scoop , syringes or Luer Lock Tip bottles with special needles.
• Let your dexterity and creativity blooms!

STEP 4: Finishing the base

• Add the remain hot jelly made in Step 1 into the mould.
• Leave everything set firmly.
• Turn the mould upside down. Take out the jelly and enjoy!
