1. Whether global free shipping or not ? Answer :It is not global free shipping .due to Express company's different charge standard in different countries, so we just provide part of country free shipping.
2.Why i need pay remote area fees ? 3.Why my order always do not have detailed tracking information ? Answer: after you finished payment , we need 1-3 days handle order ,then send to Express company . Express company need check and records ,then arrange delivery . as normal, it needs 3-5 days update first tracking information . if there is no informations within 7-10 days .Please contact buyer servicer.
4.Why I need pay tax for our local Express or for local customs ?
