VACUUM COOLANT REFILLER

1.Shockproof gauge: -30~0 inHg/-76~0 cmHg

4.Used to test leakage and replace coolant

STEPS:

1.Empty the coolant as much as possible.
2.Choose the right adapter sleeve to the adapter, connect the tee fittings, vacuum pump (not included), bleeder hose to the vacuum purge and refill tool.
3.Insert the adapter into the radiator, and turn the golden rotary knob to seal it. Open the valve on the brass tube, and then open the vacuum pump to vacuumize till -25~-20inHg. Close the valve and vacuum pump.
4.Disconnect the tee fittings, and replace by the coolant filling hose, which is inserted in the new coolant reservoir. Open the valve, and the coolant is sucked into the radiator.

VACUUM TYPE COOLANT FILLING FUNCTION:

Pneumatic vacuum coolant filler first sucks and forms a vacuum on the cooling system by using shop air, then draws coolant into the cooling system. Add coolant in vacuum, there is no large air pocket and avoid warping or other damage in engine. Normally, it takes 5-10mins to refill the coolant, the exact time depends on the size of the tank. Easy to operate and save time

WIDELY USAGE RADIATOR PURGE AND ANTIFREEZE REFILL TOOL:

JIFETOR antifreeze filler kit includes a O.D. 32mm rubber adapter and 3 sizes adapter sleeves, with O.D. 45mm 40mm and 35 mm, fit for most types of vehicles. The adapter sleeves can be attached on the adapter on refill tool, and then replace the radiator cap to seal the cooling system, to help radiator purge and coolant refill. Please check your radiator opening size before bidding, there are only 32mm 35mm 40mm 45mm, 4 sizes adapters

WATER TANK COOLANT VACUUM REFILL:

Premium aluminum manifold body, equipped with brass fittings, anti-corrosion and durable. The index range of gauge is -30~0inHg (-76~0cmHg), and normally -25~-20inHg is right time to add coolant. Tee fittings is used for vacuumizing, and coolant filling hose for refilling coolant
