DL-Tartaric acid Used as a medicine separation agent, food additives, biochemical reagents, etc. Application: this product is widely used in food industry, such as beer, food, sour agent, taste masking agent, foaming agent is used to cool and refreshing beverage, candy, fruit juice, sauce, cold dish, baking powder, etc. This product conforms to the Japanese food additives and books.
