How to Cook Braga
In a container for fermentation 33 liters pour 25 liters of malt Braga (use malt extract or dry malt, carefully rubbed).

Close the container, install the hydraulic shutter.

To get a better drink, we recommend making Braga on purified water. You can also use bottled or spring.
It is important to observe the recommended temperature regime of acquired yeast. Changes adversely affect the quality of the finished product. It is important that the temperature does not rise above 32-35 degrees, yeast may die (different brands may have a maximum temperature threshold).
